DC Comics
DC Comics (founded originally in 1934 as National Allied Publications) is one of the largest American comic book and related media companies. A subsidiary of Warner Bros. Entertainment since 1969. DC Comics produces material featuring a large number of well-known characters, including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and the Justice League, who are among the more popular and influential characters of the company.
The initials "DC" came from the company's popular series, Detective Comics, which subsequently became part of the company's official name.

ต่อมาหลังจากที่ซูเปอร์แมนได้รับความนิยมมากจึงได้สร้างซูเปอร์ฮีโรตัวที่ 2 ขี้นมานั้นก็คือแบทแมน ซึ่งเมื่อนำออกขายก็ได้รับความนิยมเช่นเดิมจึงมีการมาทำภาพยนตร์ชุดทางทีวีโดย adamwast แพร่ภาพทางสถานีโทรทัศน์เอบีซีเป็นครั้งแรกของโลกในปี พ.ศ. 2509 หลังจากนั้นก็มีการสร้างซูเปอร์ฮีโรต่อๆกันมา และมีการนำซูเปอร์ฮีโรมารวมเป็นพันธมิตรเดียวกันโดยได้ตั้งชื่อว่า จัสติสลีก (Justice League) ซึ่งมีแกนนำซูเปอร์ฮีโร คือ superman, batman, greenlantern, theflash, martianmanhunter, wonder woman, hawkgirl
