The 2018 US Open will be the 138th edition of tennis' US Open and the fourth and final Grand Slam event of the year. ( August 27 – September 9 , 2018) It will be held on outdoor hard courts at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City. This will be the last Grand Slam to have 32 seeds that will revert to 16 seeding format in 2019.
