The 1,965-foot, 115-story office building is the focal point of the fast-growing Chinese city of Shenzhen. Named for Chinese insurance company Ping An and completed in 2017, the office building easily connects with the city’s metro and commercial and residential properties throughout the burgeoning metropolis, which was China’s first Special Economic Zone.
