28 Years Later: The Bone Temple is an upcoming post-apocalyptic horror film directed by Nia DaCosta and written by Alex Garland. It was shot back-to-back with its predecessor 28 Years Later (2025), and serves as the fourth instalment overall in the 28 Days Later film series. The film stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jack O'Connell, and Cillian Murphy.

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple will be released on 16 January 2026, by Sony Pictures Releasing. A sequel to The Bone Temple, the final film in the 28 Years Later trilogy, is in development, with Danny Boyle set to return as director.
