Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition is a re-release of Fallout 4, published by Bethesda Softworks to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the game's original release. It was released alongside the Creations system and Verified Creator Program for Fallout 4. The Anniversary Edition was released on November 10, 2025, for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and 5, and PC, and 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2.
