Masters of the Universe is an upcoming American sword and sorcery film based on Mattel's franchise of the same name. The film is directed by Travis Knight, from a script by Christopher John Butler, Aaron and Adam Nee, and Dave Callaham. It stars Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Adam / He-Man, who returns to his home planet Eternia to save it from the evil forces of Skeletor, played by Jared Leto. Camila Mendes, Alison Brie, Idris Elba, Morena Baccarin, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, James Purefoy, Charlotte Riley, Sasheer Zamata and Kristen Wiig also star.

Masters of the Universe is scheduled to be released in the United States and Canada on June 5, 2026, by Amazon MGM Studios, and internationally by Sony Pictures Releasing International.
